Hendersonville City Hall - City Counsel Room

The Hendersonville City Counsel Room seats approximately 50 people. A Runco 61 inch plasma monitor provides video display to the audience. There are eight Samsung 15 inch monitors that provide video display to each city counsel member as well as the city clerk, city manager, and city attorney.

Video playback includes DVD, VCR, and two computer video input plates for PowerPoint presentations. Additional video equipment includes switching components from Extron and Crestron.

The audio system includes a Soundcraft 16-channel mixing console, Shure microphones, QSC-Audio amplifiers, Ashly outboard equipment, and Community loudspeakers. There is a Lutron Homeworks Interactive lighting control system that controls all counsel room lighting. A Crestron automation system controls all video, audio, lighting, and motorized window treatment functions.
